I just paid $800 on my 2016 Avalon (36,000 miles). I brought my car in for service primarily because my car shakes once it hits 70mph, feeling it on the gas pedal and brake pedal. I was told I needed a new tire, tire rotation, brake fluid exchange, premium intake and fuel system cleaning, and wheel balance (also needed oil change ($60). I decided to purchase a car over a month ago. I found this car (Hyuandai Sonata) on the Toyota website, and inquired — I was able to see it the next day. The car is great and was Clean! I received exceptional customer service from Gene and Moudi. I will definitely return as a future customer and I recommend this dealership to anyone inquiring. They were friendly, patient and helpful!!
Left my car for service, they did the service and the recall repairs, upon going to pick up the car, I was informed they would not take a cash payment, the service writer was kind enough but since when does a car dealer let you know when you go to pick up your car, that they will dictate how you pay for it?
