Thank you so much for wasting my time today for working on the start of a deal today via email to only find that "office manger" had drove the car home tonight. Even after there was a time set to come see it. Then to have the dealer say "let me show u these cars". Lombard Toyota service people are amazing
You guys bring to life how horrible people think of car salesmen. You negotiate a price that you cannot honor. You waste your potential customers time and you really make the Toyota brand look shameful. What an awful group of people. Hope you all are still enjoying sitting around staring on your phones since you aren't selling cars.
