If Lombard Toyota was the last Toyota dealer on earth, I'd buy a different brand. Be very careful in how you treat people that walk into your service division. I accompanied a buddy there tonight who needed some work done on his vehicle. I thought I could get a peak at the new Tundra while I was there, and also see how their service division works. The service specialist was rude, condescending, short, and treated us as if we were imposing. I will not be purchasing my Tundra from them.
