This is the first time in DIC-IL, where the teams were very kind and attentive, and both the consultant and the anesthetist came to see me there. The atmosphere is calm and quiet, so you can rest and sleep well at night. The quality of staff & care at this clinic is fantastic. I had the unfortunate experience of having to have my gallbladder removed and was quite nervous. The quality and care of my surgeon was of the highest caliber. He ensured that I had all my concerns answered before the surgery so that I was comfortable. My surgery was booked & on the day I checked into the hospital everything went smoothly and I was showed promptly to my room. A practice with a caring attitude, I've been with this practice for 3 years during which time they have diagnosed me with a chronic neurological disorder. Whenever I have attended the practice I have received nothing but courteous service from the moment I check in with reception to the consultation with any of the doctors. I went to this walk in clinic to treat my eye infection. Well it was a late start snow day, and the doctor had not arrived yet, but I did like the way the staff handled the ever growing impatient crowd. But in this urgent care clinic I went without any prior appointment. "I was referred by a friend to do treatment for cuts and wrinkles on square jaw reduction. I m really impressed & happy with the result. the Doctor here was very patient & made me very comfortable as I was afraid of the needles. The staff there were very friendly thus it didn't make me feel like I m in a clinic. The price was reasonable. Definitely my first choice!" Great place to be treated. Naturally an expensive experience being located in Illinois if you are paying personally, but the best place to be especially if covered by medical insurance. It was like staying at a Hotel with nurses caring for me. Fantastic.. I was very comfortable & relaxed. I don't usually write a review unless the place is super nice or bad. In this case, I loved the clinic. First of all, the receptionists are very calm, friendly and nice. They really made me feel at ease as I had no idea what I was walking into. Dr's. Who looked at me to be very caring and professional? I realize people use this place as they have no family doctor and maybe that’s part of the problem I don’t know but for me I found this place super helpful.
