Recently I have had to attend a number of appointments at the Doctors immediate care clinic with my mother who has multiple health problems. Each time we have attended the medical staffs have been courteous, thorough and professional. The standard of care has always been of a high standard and my mother and I would not hesitate to recommend this GP surgery.
I'm very surprised at all the negative comments as I have been at Doctors immediate care for a very long time and have always been treated courteously by the reception staff. I’m unable to comment on the telephone appointments as I always use the internet booking system which is excellent and never fail to book an appointment with the Dr of my choice and at a convenient day and time. Overall I think this a great clinic and I have recommended them to friends and family.
Doctor’s immediate care has the longest opening hours of the surgeries closest to me, or other areas I've lived in before. It is an extremely busy surgery, but staff are polite and sympathetic and do the best they can to see everyone. The low star reviews seem to come from people who think they should be getting priority treatment! I've had some serious health problems and they can't always book me in straight away, but they do their best to get as soon as possible. What more can anyone expect in a crowded area?
During my short stay, I was given every consideration in a most friendly and cheerful manner. The procedure was carried out very efficiently with the same care being shown. Would not hesitate in recommending this clinic. Many thanks.
Went for a cystoscopy and was very impressed with the consultant, the nurses and the high level of care and attention. Made to feel welcome and was put at ease by staff with great empathy. I am very grateful.
Everything was excellent from start to finish. Everything was friendly, informative, caring and professional putting me completely at ease. The initial consultation was arranged without delay and set the highest level of confidence in what was to follow. All of the subsequent stages and procedures were done to the highest standards. I was nervous about attending the Clinic because of the kind of procedure I was having, but the professional, knowledgeable staff who were caring and attentive made me feel relaxed. I cannot speak too highly of the care I've just received. All aspects of care and treatment including the technical knowledge and skill of medical and nursing staff and the sensitivity, care, responsiveness to my needs and warmth of all staff was exemplary. Will recommend this clinic to family and friends.
The service I received from this clinic was excellent in every way, from the first contact offering me a choice of appointment to my admission, treatment and discharge. The anesthetist, surgeon and several nurses were all very clear in their explanations and very accessible for questions. All in all, this clinic staff made a very daunting prospect into a fairly pleasant experience. I'm sure that the care and treatment I received contributed to the very good outcome, I am now experiencing.
