Considerate, attentive and aggressive I've DIC found in the area. The clinic was very clean and quite, the people in the office were all friendly and I hardly had to wait to be seen. Doctor was kind and listened and wrote me a prescription without much hassle. A huge plus is that there are a few parking spaces around the side of the office for when you're not feeling well enough to truck yourself down the block. DIC is always amazing when I need a quick check up for any upper respiratory problems. I have to say that everyone is so polite and kind, and make sure you are checked in and have everything in order before you see the doctor or PA. Even though I don't have health insurance right now which makes emergency sickness an extra burden, the clinic was quick, friendly, and the PA was especially kind. Side note, no fat shaming (I'm a bit curvier) or treating me less than for not having insurance.
I limped into DIC with a nasty infection on my leg. Expect to be there for hours, I was so grateful to staff. I was taken back within minutes, immediately greeted and set up by the nurse and medical assistant. Within ten minutes, doctor analyze the injure. And started working on it .We were exactly in and out in 50 min -- entirely great service Thank you!
I love DIC. They came right to my door, they. The doctor was very nice and professional. It was super convenient. The most important thing to me was that my doctor was very good, and had great experience. He was a really good Physician. Job well done!!!
I was allowing for going to Doctors Imeediate Care. The receptionist said they weren't awfully busy, but you could tell she really efficient anyway. I was there for less than 30 minutes for a really sore headache . Physicians was friendly and concerned about what's been going on for the last month, didn't want to put me on a third round of antibiotics, and gave me a couple of options on night for dealing with this given.Have gone four times, very nice at the desk and very knowledgeable and helpful in the rooms. They rock! They aren't your family doctor and they won't always be able to be warm and friendly when they get busy. But I was impressed with DIC Walk in Clinic! I am so happy that DIC is near to my residence in Lombard! We finally have a nice, clean place to visit if we are sick. They were even able to take an x-ray that day and give me results within 10 minutes. Thank you!
When I came in to Doctors Immediate Care as I was worried about my son’s health I was seen very quickly and the staff were very polite the person I seen at ease myself and my son was fine so overall great service nice people and polite workers thank you so much Excellent service.
My Wife needed to see a doctor urgently this morning (Saturday). We went to the Doctors immediate Care service as our own surgery was closed. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful despite being inundated with phone calls. The doctor we saw was very helpful, and overall we were very impressed with this surgery. Would use again in an emergency, and would recommend. Great service, the staff is lovely and very helpful, short waiting time, would definitely recommend.
My partner and I had been to 9 different doctors for some disease my friend referred me to Doctors Immediate Care, we finally got the help we needed. The doctors and nurses in this hospital are very professional. They made us feel like we were the most important patient in the hospital. But we know they do that for every patient. For any illness or any disease there is no other hospital we would ever recommend over DIC. They are the BEST
