They were very professional and I would recommend DIC to my friends and family. As for the cost I found this very reasonable and saved me taking time off work and waiting a week for an appointment.

As a law student with a very busy schedule, I generally avoid going to the doctor when I get sick for fear of long wait times and missing classes. I had an appointment in December for a throbbing artery in my neck that was making me feel dizzy and ill. I also had eye problems. I explained to my consultant that my thyroid was previously under-active. The consultant ordered a scan on the artery which showed no blockage. They arranged a thyroid blood test which showed an overactive thyroid. The consultants at this hospital are excellent. The treatment received from the ENT surgeon through to nursing staff was excellent. This would be the reason why I would recommend to friends and family. However, the room I stayed in was rather worn and shabby (furniture was old and marked). So therefore, depends what your priorities are. For me it was more important for the treatment side to be spot on rather than surroundings. But for some people both are important.
I am currently recovering from a gynecological operation and cannot fault any of my treatment from start to finish. The consultant is by far the most genuine caring doctor I have ever met and the staff all sings their praises too. The nurses were so attentive and one has kept me entertained in the early hours of the morning. All the staff who work here are wonderful and caring. Didn’t expect an operation and hospital stay to be enjoyable! Thank you.
I went to this clinic and it was a very good experience. My doctor taught me how to maintain the feet in good condition and how to prevent me from having the same problems. My feet health has improved a lot. All went on well; therefore I definitely recommend this clinic.
We went to Doctors Immediate Care with our 3 week old baby who seemingly had an allergic reaction to a steroid cream given for a rash on his face and neck. He couldn't open his eyes, his face was swollen and he looked like a burns victim. His neck in particular was like an open wound. It was quite petrifying. He was seen immediately and by the following morning the dermatologist had diagnosed him with a skin infection...not an allergic reaction after all. I have been attending this practice for many years and have to say that overall I would describe my experience as Brilliant. I will and do tell anyone who will listen that the healthcare I receive, especially from my GP practice is first class. Firstly, I always feel listened to, a very important point for me and secondly, I am always given the options available before the prescription pad is written on, so to speak.
