We were greeted with smiles and the staff was very friendly. Their front desk was clean and organized! The waiting room is clean and has a TV and an fireplace! Very cozy! The wait wasn't long at all on a Saturday lunchtime. Got in quickly. Nurse took our vitals and doctor came in and helped us within a few minutes.
Went in to DIC first time. Doctor was so good. His specialty is internal medicine. He listened to all my concerns and had a answer for all of them . He gave me compliments even hit a few jokes with me. He also gave me great eye contact which more than what i can say for some other Dr.'s. What a great guy!! He knows how to treat his patients. It is the only place to go other than an emergency room in my opinion. My issue was taken care of and on the road to being well again. Thank you for caring.
Clean, organized, and very patient leaning! The check in process was amazing, the Nurse practitioner was educational and he was very helpful! I got my after visit summary with no problems and RXs in hand, none of that calling in! I was very pleased! I was heading to first hill but no buses to them from work and I was really not feeling well! Seasons change and so did my health for the worse! I eat very well, exercise and more! Staff at the front desk isn’t chatty by any means but they're friendly and have big smiles ready for you. After meeting Doctor once, I switched over to her as my family doctor at once. She looks pretty young but she takes her profession very seriously. She listens patiently while you explain what's going on and she always has tons of recommendations. Loved, this place! When I want to be seen, I don't want to wait a week, I want to be seen today! I no longer have a family Dr., I just go to these places! They get you in quick, they find the problem and you are on your way! I really liked this place; the Dr. and Nurse were very good and professional! I usually go to DIC if I need something, but this place was awesome, Thanks DIC. He came up with a solid action plan and explained how he was going to tackle everything. I'd absolutely go back there. Great experience!
Like this place a lot! Appointments can feel a little hurried, but that's more due to volume than the doctors themselves. Doctors came highly recommended by someone I trust and I really like them. They never talks down to you or invalidates how you're feeling. Have a great result from DIC and even the Thursday night yoga classes are excellent. So nice to have all of my health and wellness needs consolidated in one place!
I went to the DIC about a month ago due to some asthmatic symptoms and will certainly be back. I was actually incredibly impressed with this place. I have been too many doctors and clinics (due to moving around the country a lot) to deal with this issue and I have felt more comfortable and highly informed than I did there. The staff is incredibly friendly and the wait times are almost non-existent. I've been there twice in the last month and have had a great experience both times. Great place to get x-rays done. Went in at about 9:30am with a very painful burn on my hand. Including time spent filling out paperwork, I didn't wait for more than 10 minutes. The waiting room is good. The building is brand new and has a very nice facility. The doctors and nurses and efficient and fire I brought my daughter here when he woke up with kidney stones and i couldn't have asked for better care. The doctor and all the staff were so kind and helpful. I will never go to another urgent care or emergency room again after the great experience we had.
