We went to Logan’s on 280 tonight for my mother’s birthday. We waited over an hour to get drinks. Another hour and 15 minutes to get some of the food, another 15 minutes or so to get the rest of it. Food was cold, bland and presentation was terrible, it looked just thrown on the plate. Brought rolls to the table and there were 8 rolls, with 12 people at the table. Great steaks,super service
There are NO words that can amount up to how TERRIBLE this place is. We waited for 2 hours before even being seated!!!! The manager didn’t even seem to care. She just kept saying “yea” and “I know” when I was talking to her. She never said she was sorry. Horrible service that makes McDonald’s look 5 Star. I gave away my 50$ gift card just to get out because I know I will never go back and make sure that I tell everyone how awful it is.

Arrived at 530 was told a one hour wait. Finally got seated at 730. Waited till 8 to get orders put in. Never recieved silverware. finally at 830 got rolls and placed order. at 9 decided to cancel orders.i cant speak on the quality of food cause after three and a half hour never got to eat . After the service we recieved I'm sure it would have also been terrible.this was ridiculous and will not be going back

excellent service waitress was very nice on point and my meal was well prepared 🔥 really enjoyed myself
