Was there around 6:30 PM, on a Saturday night, not very busy. Had to wait for tables to be cleaned(they were empty on arrival). Either shortage of staff or they just were not very attentive. Service was slow and when we did place our order, server never really checked on our table to see if all was well. Steak overcooked, did not even finish a 6oz. steak. I wood not recommend this place.
I get that their floors are dirty because you're allowed to throw the peanut shells on the floor but water literally running out of the kitchen is disgusting. And the floors on the bathroom need a solid scrubbing. Their menus were sticky, the chairs were sticky and the highchairs were FILTHY! I told the hostess and she brought ME a rag to wipe them down. food was overcooked and the service was very slow
Waited 40 minutes for a ToGo order. Manager was rude when I asked about the order. she informed me she 'didn't know when the order was coming up' and that 'they would package when it did' before storming off. There were two other ToGo orders waiting with me, watching customer after customer conplain.

Yes I would especially the waiter Donald he works in the evening! We were there on yesterday 1/25/2020 after attending the Pink Zebra rally in Birmingham, Alabama he was the complete package of waiters it was 11 in our group and he kept everything flowing the whole time! Nobody was EVER without everything needed thanks to Donald! If your ever there in the evenings ask for him if he's available you won't be disappointed!! Hats off to Donald because of his service we will be back the next time in Birmingham!!!!
I used to be loyal customer. Never had a problem until today. The the appetizers were cold. The breqd was raw. The entrees arrived before the salads. And the steaks were so salty they were basically inedible.
