Usually Logan's is out go to spot for steaks. Not so tonight. After waiting for an hour for our food, the waitress said oh we are running behind. She never came by and told us this and we had to ask her for beverage refills when we could catch her. We were actually leaving when she finally showed up with our food. Not to be rude, I included a more than adequate tip but wrote across the receipt that I was very unhappy with them. we went in on Monday night every table around the bar was nasty they are slow they only have one bar tinder that is nice and can get everything right the rest of them are rude as hell and slow and we eating here two to three times a week and always sit at the bar and I'll take it is always a hundred or more this place really needs some help I think it has to do with poor management we ate in there the other night and they run out of tequila patron what restaurant or bar runs out of liquor that's whoever's doing the ordering
We ate here before a show at the Stardome. It was 3pm. Hardly anyone in here. They only had 1 person working in the kitchen and the bar. It would take 20 mins just to get a beer. It took almost 2 hours for us to eat. We only had 5 in our party. Our server worked very hard for us but he was running all over trying to wait in tables. Wash dishes and help prepare the food. RecommendedI used to avoid this particular location of Logan’s Roadhouse at all cost. Went there on a whim this past weekend because of a coupon special. It was fantastic!! The service was exceptional, the food was so good, and our bill was cheaper than expected WITHOUT using the coupon. I’ll be headed back in the near future. Also, ask for server Chris. He will not let your drink run dry!!
