RecommendedJudy saw Dr. Agrawal (he placed the TMVR and TAVR valves) for her 3-month follow-up yesterday. After he looked in, he started to go on to his second exam room, then did a double-take and asked: "That's not Judy, is it?????" Her doing so great after how she was in the ICU was totally unexpected. Dr. Weiler had told Judy earlier that she would not have recognized her. Horrible experience. They never followed up after my appt. Unprofessional staff. I waited and waited at the front desk bcuz the front desk staff were fighting. I left several messages but didnt get a call back. Staff tried to tell me my lab results were normal, but I could see them on the KRH patient portal, and I have high red and white blood cell counts and blood in my urine. Please do not lie to me to cover for your incompetence.

RecommendedDr. Erikson did my knee replacement last year. I'm here for the other knee now. He did an awesome job! I love the staff there. They are always nice and call back in a timely manner. I travel all over the US to go to Doctors that I trust.

RecommendedVery courteous, helpful and professional in taking care of my emergency situation as a Veteran from out of town. This is a beautiful facility with wonderful and professional help that were very efficient in addressing my concern and taking care of it with alacrity. My wife and I were on our way back to Glacier National Park to complete our vacation there and knowing that I had the best of care.
