Very courteous, helpful and professional in taking care of my emergency situation as a Veteran from out of town. This is a beautiful facility with wonderful and professional help that were very efficient in addressing my concern and taking care of it with alacrity. I was recently treated at North Valley Hospital and received outstanding care while there! Truly caring, professional health care providers!
North Valley use to be a good hospital till KRMC took over. you should have joined Providence and not terrible KRMC. they have left me in constant pain, weakness, and wanting to die everyday due to there actions shame on u KRMC you need shut down and a group like Providence needs to take over and replace 98% of staff.
Love North Valley Hospital, their staff goes above and beyond to accommodate in so many ways. Love the gift shop, the food is excellent. Their staff took such great care of my husband during his full hip replacement and they took great care of me while I was by his side. What really impressed me is many of their staff members are vets and while my husband was in surgery I was honored to join them on Veterans Day watching videos of service to our country, thanks for all you do for us!! You are simply the best!
I went in for an outpatient surgery and all the nurses and the anesthesiologist were nice, comforting to help relieve some anxiety on my part and all on top of everything that needed to be done. from arrival to departure everything was well taken care of and friendly staff.
