After arriving at the ER to get X-ray for what we thought was a broken arm, I was placed in the back waiting room after X-ray waiting on a nurse or doctor to see me. Two hours later, no nurse or doctor and my arm and hand were quite swollen, my husband approached the nurses desk to ask for an ice pack. The nurse (Morgan) was aggressive and proceeded to explain how their service was better than KRMC and we’d have to just wait. FYI...no one cares. Took my daughter into the ER later at night. They got her in quickly. Took very good care of us and got us out very quickly! We even got a few tests done which were done promptly after the dr requested them!
