appalling ER care. the doc totally pulled and tugged on my injured sons arm. the other two times he dislocated his shoulder it was gently massaged back into place. in other hospitals....i DO NOT RECCOMEND NVH ER AT ALL!
RecommendedStaff is very friendly, courteous, professional and go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met while in their care. And last but not least if you need shoulder surgery I would highly recommend Dr. Benjamin Ward. He does great work.
This hospital is a complete joke!! We live in WA and have WA Medicaid that will pay for ER visits anywhere, anytime however, this hospital made me pay $600 out of pocket because they will not simply send a claim to my insurance to get paid. They told me that Medicaid won’t pay for ER visits if you’re from out of state however after checking with my insurance, that is a complete lie. 6/14/20 My senior friend had excruciating pain, so we called this morning to ask if we should bring him back in. When he was discharged to us a few days ago, they reassured us that they added his granddaughter and me as contacts in his file. On the phone, they refused to talk to either of us about him today, and just told us to take him to urgent care or the ER. Yes. just returned home after a heavy duty surgery. I was very well cared for all the way down the line. Dr Means performed the surgery robotically and it went off without a hitch. From there, I received excellent nursing care. As an added bonus, my wife was able to stay in the room with and the staff also paid attention to her care.
