Exceptional experience considering the situation. Very quick at every aspect even providing a pre-surgery massage to calm unsettled nerves. The staff was friendly and attentive. When I awoke post surgery they quickly attended to the pain I was experiencing and were able to get it under control quickly. Best care I have ever received.
The outpatient surgery staff is among the best I have ever seen! My 3 year old grandson had an experience that turned out as good as possible due to the North Valley Hospital nurses, doctors and all staff. They have markers to color on the hospital bed sheet, gave us ample time to prepair and adjust. Thank you so much (especially to everyone that worked day shift 8/10/2017) this staff is amazing!

Exceptional experience! Staff is excellent, rooms are 5 star quality! From the size of the room to the tub in every room down to the most comfortable Murphy bed that mothers use after delivery! Everything has been thought of for patients comfort! Beyond thrilled with my experience. Special thank you to my nurses, Lindsey, Ladonna, and Abby! You made my experience so special and relaxing and truly wonderful! Thank you!
I absolutely loved the nurses in the birthing center. The doctors were also amazing. I loved my experience at the hospital and they took great care of my daughter when I was recovering and treated my family with great respect.
All The nurses in the Birthing Center at NV were amazing to my daughter. I would like to give special thanks to Krista, Sandy, Kelli, Sheana and Brittney. They have been so sweet, loving helpful and informative during my daughters difficult 48 hour labor that ended up in cesarean birth. Although there are many things I know Jessica and I would have changed about the stressful labor and delivery, the one thing we would not have changed was the care she received by all the wonderful ladies at the birth center.
