Best hospital ever
Love this hospital and would recommend it a million times over KRMC! The only reason why I didn't put 5 stars is because one lady that deals with billing was extremely rude. She couldn't even tell me what the bill was for because she couldn't say hemochromatosis... So she sent me something in the mail so I could figure it out myself.
I found myself at north valley hospital er the other night,I have to say the staff was the most careing and professional id ever seen!!! I don't like hospitals but if I ever need one again I hope it's this one !!!!
I will never come back to this hospital again. All it took was one person to make our visit horrible he was rude. Kevin the house coordinator needs to learn bedside manners
I refuse to take my kids to krmc. I love the staff at north valley. North valley has always taken good care of my family and i.
I was really impressed with the staff, service and facility. My daughter was seen quickly and was well cared for. We will definitely head that way next time we are in need of emergency care.
Most amazing place ever!! Having My Baby there was so memorable and the staff is just outstanding! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!
RecommendedThe hospital, staff and services are great. I recently had a hip replacement there (I'm from Alberta) and the care and surgery was first rate.
