North valley is a beautiful place to work everyone is like family here, patients as well as coworkers!
The customer service is the best! Thank you for all you do.
I have never had a bad experience here! My daughter was born there (June 2013) and was given excellent care during our 10 day stay. She recently went to the ER and the staff was wonderful! They all played with her and even gave her a little teddy bear for doing so well. North Valley is my go to hospital!
Stay clear of the ER!!! That's all I can say right now.
They're billing department is the absolute worst. Could get an eighth grader to do a better job!
