North Valley use to be a good hospital till KRMC took over. you should have joined Providence and not terrible KRMC. they have left me in constant pain, weakness, and wanting to die everyday due to there actions shame on u KRMC you need shut down and a group like Providence needs to take over and replace 98% of staff.

I AM THE OLD 80 YEAR OLD GUY THAT WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH URINE RETENSION ON MONDAY. THIS NOTE IS TO LINDSAY O'HARA AND THE NURSE WHO TREATED ME SO KINDLE. INTRIED TO LEAVE A MESSAGE AT THE OFFICE BUT AS USUAL COULD NOT GET THROUGH TO ANYBODY. i AM HOME AND EVERYTHING IS JUST FINE, I AM DOING VERY WELL THANKS TO YOU LADIES. THANKS SO MUCH.

RecommendedLove North Valley Hospital, their staff goes above and beyond to accommodate in so many ways. Love the gift shop, the food is excellent. Their staff took such great care of my husband during his full hip replacement and they took great care of me while I was by his side. What really impressed me is many of their staff members are vets and while my husband was in surgery I was honored to join them on Veterans Day watching videos of service to our country, thanks for all you do for us!! You are simply the best!

RecommendedI went in for an outpatient surgery and all the nurses and the anesthesiologist were nice, comforting to help relieve some anxiety on my part and all on top of everything that needed to be done. from arrival to departure everything was well taken care of and friendly staff.
