After arriving at the ER to get X-ray for what we thought was a broken arm, I was placed in the back waiting room after X-ray waiting on a nurse or doctor to see me. Two hours later, no nurse or doctor and my arm and hand were quite swollen, my husband approached the nurses desk to ask for an ice pack. The nurse (Morgan) was aggressive and proceeded to explain how their service was better than KRMC and we’d have to just wait. FYI...no one cares. RecommendedDr Kurt Lindsay has been my doctor for 12 years and I absolutely love him and his bedside manner. He actually takes the time and listens to me and then we talk and come up with a game plan. I have a very severe case of fibromyalgia along with migraines on a daily basis and he has been so patient with me on treatment for the symptoms. It's been a very long frustrating and painful road and I could not do it without him.
