So I was very happy with my loft hatch that was fitted 2 months ago but I've been up there for the first time today and it's so cheaply made compared to my old one it's shocking really cheap quality and a real hassle to try and close very disappointed now to be honest it's ashame you don't show people samples of the materials and explain how good the quality is for each hatch such ashame as I was going to get my ladder with you but I'm not so sure now as the quality maybe cheap like the hatch.
I booked the loft leader fitting service with the Loft Ladder & loft storage Company, the communication from start to finish has been excellent, even though I ultimately decided to go for a different package with them. Josh and Alex were incredibly professional & demonstrated a wealth of knowledge about loft conversions and maximising loft space. Fantastic company, reliable and lovely staff from the man who came to get the details for my quote to the lovely guys who did the work throughly and neatly as possibly. Everyone was upfront and really clear and work done to a really high standard.
Exceptional company - Dominic on customer service and Ben installing the loft ladder today - not an easy task with 3 meter height, moving lights and integrated smoke alarm- nothing is too troublesome. Professional, courteous, can do attitude. Neat work and tidy. Rarely do you see companies these days who are value for money and provide an exceptional service.
