We used loft pro for a dormer loft conversion, with an en suite. Can’t fault them. Loft was done to a very good standard and very quick and efficient throughout. Recommend so much to our neighbours they are now also having there loft done by Loft Pro.
We had a great experience with Loft Pro. They have a lovely team of guys who are kind and considerate, they even came out in the middle of the night in a storm to help whist the roof was off and there was a leak. The team in the office and have also been really helpful, organised and easy to communicate with over any queries. We are loving our new (child free) space in the loft, they did a Sterling job! We'd highly recommend them.
Finished to a high standard, by the end… A beautiful loft and very much appreciated work from Lee, and the men who came back to do the fixes post job. Senior management were good - but my advice would be, and I’m sure this echos throughout the feedback and will bear well on future business for Loft Pro - keep a keen eye on post-job satisfaction - it’s the smallest piece of the puzzle - but matters hugely . Many thanks.
We used loft pro to convert our loft in our 1920s end of terrace, to create a master suite with ensuite and balcony style velux windows. They did a fantastic job, the team of builders (especially John) and tradesmen were amazing. So much so that we have just moved house and will be requesting a quote again for our new house.
