Disappointing Experience – Money Deducted but No Confirmation Received I recently made a booking, and the payment was successfully deducted from my account. However, I never received any confirmation or receipt for the booking. I've checked my email, including spam folders, but nothing has arrived. Amazing Ardmore Lodge. We loved our 4 nights stay. The lodge was exceptionally clean, warm and welcoming. We used the hot tub and sauna and got the log burner going. The owners were very helpful and friendly too. Beautiful location with a small shop and cafe near by. We walked to the waterfall and ventured out on Loch Ness with Jacobite cruises. A perfect stay, the lodge definitely out did our expectations!! Can’t rate it enough. We will be back!
We chose Lodges on Loch Ness for a long weekend to escape the city and have an opportunity to relax and decompress. The lodge was perfect, super relaxing and the team made the entire arrival, access and departure process very straight forwards, meaning our weekend could start sooner! Great location, amazing views, perfect place to take in the loch and breath.
Highly recommend! Best place for staying with family, friends, pets! Who loves comfort, authentic atmosphere and relaxation in nature this is wonderful place for you!!! It was our third visit to Lochness Lake and we always stay in Lodges on Loch Ness. In October 2024 we choose Craggiemhore lodge, as 7 people were in our big family and 2 pets .
