wir waren das zweite Mal zu Besuch in den Loch Garten Lodges. Und es war wieder einfach wunderbar. Gavin und Elsbeth sind so super lieb und kümmern sich um alles. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt dort. Die Lodge total gemütlich mit allem was man braucht. Und die Wälder direkt vor der Tür einfach märchenhaft schön und ruhig. We have just had a wonderful week at Loch Garten Lodges. We stayed in Pine Martin Lodge and we were mesmerised with the pine martins that came to visit every evening. We had red squirrels every day and an array of beautiful birds. Blue tits, coal tits, great tits, crested tits, robins, woodpeckers and a female crossbill. The lodge was a home from home. Had a wonderful 10 days at Crossbill Lodge. The lodge was very clean, warm, and comfortable and the owners were very friendly and helpful. The location on the edge of the woods beside the Strathspey Trail and close to Loch Garten was perfect with local walks and easy access to other areas, bigger hills, and shops and restaurants not too far away. To top it all of we saw the elusive pine martens !
So many thanks to our kind, mindful and very empathetic hosts Elspeth and Gavin! We stayed for two weeks in October at the Woodpecker Lodge which is not only really spacious and decorated with a lot of attention to detail but also has stunning views of the meadows and woods. The open floor plan of the living room is working well and the kitchen is new and really well-equipped. We enjoyed our holidays at Loch Garten Lodges from the very beginning on and will come back next year. Thank you so much!
