Anytime I have been to Loch Leven Health Centre,at St.Serfs I have found the Reception Staff, Nurses and Doctors, all very polite and helpful, especially when it is appears to be a very busy Surgery.
Can’t thank the Doctors at the Orwell Practice enough for their care, nothing is too much trouble
Best team of doctors /staff (Orwell practice ) always go over and above. If it wasn't for this practice I dont know where id be , continously giving me optimum reassurance and support in what is a very hard time for all within the nhs.
Was waiting for a morning phone call requested by the ambulance service for my retired mother. Have been asked to wait till 5pm merely for anti sickness tablets and antibiotics for an infection yet doctors stroll around with ice creams ignoring the urgency of what has been passed on. I have asked numerous times for assistance to keep my elderly mother out of hospital to no avail. Surgery not busy, doctors unconcerned. Awful, zero empathy what so ever.
