Listened to my needs and provided a loan that met those needs. Good communication up to the point when the loan was closed. Then not such good communications after. Did not find a simple way to auto-pay loan on loan payment website.

The first time I decided I would use the service of a bank on-line was 2018, and did so choosing Loandepot. I talked to four services. They took me from a .0480% *** to a .0399 fixed 30 year and at that time they did a wonderful service of handling the whole process. Quite a bit of paperwork to process, but I didn't have to go out of my way to get what I needed and was very happy with the results. This company cost me $250 and does not have the professionalism to call or email me back. I had to send the same document in 8 differnet times because they didn't know what was required. This caused my closing to be pushed out by over a week. The exteneded closing date went into the next month so ihad to pay in exces of $250 interest on what was my current mortgage. ****** was LoanDepot fault and they deem it not necessary to even reply to my request to have them cover the cost. The on line site made it easy to see the progress of the loan. Representatives were quick to answer questions and explain the process.
Do not recommend. Our loan officer refused returning calls after he had us sign for a crappy loan we had no idea about. I can say our processor was great but that is it. We were getting cash back in our re-fi and they sent us $3000 less then what we signed for at closing. They sent another check to fix it and it is still not correct.
Service was excellent and handled in a professional way. I would recommend this service to others.I give it a rating of 4.5 stars.
