I very nice experience. They were attentive, answered all my questions and were prompt.
The entire process was confusing - not like the first tie I secured a mortgage from Loandepot.There were too many conflicting emails Different offices sent different notices - the left hand does not coordinate with the right hand in administration.The process is, to my understanding not complete 14 days after closing. I will not use this service again should I need a mortgage
I had none of the issues that others have had. My loan officer was quick and helpful. Closing on time and no issues.
This company cost me $250 and does not have the professionalism to call or email me back. I had to send the same document in 8 differnet times because they didn't know what was required. This caused my closing to be pushed out by over a week. The exteneded closing date went into the next month so ihad to pay in exces of $250 interest on what was my current mortgage. ****** was LoanDepot fault and they deem it not necessary to even reply to my request to have them cover the cost.
