It took me a couple of months to apply for the loan only because I debating about who to choose to refinance my loan. I applied online sales rep called me within a couple of hours explaining the process told me what to do as far as getting all documentation uploaded. Great experience from beginning to end! From the first call to signing, everything went exactly as was explained to me in the preceding phone call. Questions were answered extremely promptly, whether via email or phone. The rates and out of pocket expenses ended up being exactly what I was told at the beginning of the process. This refinance was the simplest process I have experienced dealing with a home purchase style transaction!!

**** ******** offered excellent customer service. My cash-out refinance had several moving parts due to the number of rental properties and mortgages I have, but he negotiated the details and made the whole process as smooth and fast as possible. Highly recommended!
