I was attempting to set up an automatic monthly payment for my mortgage. A week earlier I was told the "paperwork" would be completed in a week - and to call back then. A week later I was told that they did not know where the mortgage would be serviced - out of ********** or somewhere else. And, she could not help me. Then, I got sarcastic with customer service rep. and she was sharp with me. And then replied with something I am sorry for. Please convey my apology to her.
