My loan representative did an excellent job communicating and staying on top of things. The seller was extremely problematic and my Escrow date got delayed 3 times but ****** kept in close contact with me and rewrote the loan several times until we finally closed and funded.

One purchase and two refis with HomeDepot in the past few years. All have been excellent in all respects rates, fees, service, communication, process.
This was for a refinance offer. The loan officer seemed to know what he was doing at first. But things seemed to be moving very slowly, no one contacted us, when I finally reached out I was told bluntly that I didn't make enough money (ie 2020 tax return) I had to remind them that in my part of the country in 2020 there was a PANDEMIC. (they even advertise on their homepage about helping people affected by covid, bla bla bla)Loan ********** even tried some CYA by saying he was waiting for me to 'get back to him.'Yeah. My loan officer was quick, thorough, available, and a great communicator. At the time we bought our home the market was crazy. Our officer pushed to make sure everything was done in a timely manner. ******************, our loan officer, was able to get us a great rate and gave us sound advice throughout the process. I would definitely recommend and would use again.
