Great customer service. ************ Very helpful answers questions. He is very attentive, he returns calls and answers emails. He tries to streamline everything to make the process the least complicated as possible.
Process was fast for a refi. I was done in 2 months. I have spent 5 or 6 months on previous refi's.
LoanDepot was extremely helpful on the process of the loan. Everyone we had contact with answered all the questions we had and provided solutions to everything.
Everyone was helpful and knowledgable. My questions were answered before I even knew I had a question. An enjoyable experience.

***** ****** did a fantastic job on my refinance! When I initially contacted him I was concerned about the possibility of the loan not closing before the 45 day rate lock expired and I expressed that at the very beginning. While I expected him to reassure me that he would do everything he could, I was completely unprepared for him to get me to the closing table in under 30 days.! Worst experience ever! Communication was terrible, they did not fund on time, they kept stalling and passing the buck. Still have not paid off one of the creditors that was part of our loan and its been over 2 weeks since we supposedly "funded". Do not trust them.
