This mortgage lending process was easily one of the worst experiences of my life. It was easier for me to be pregnant and give birth than this. I say that with no hyperbole. At first, the loan officer was very convincing that he could get me a great deal, and he was easy to talk to, and very responsive. Overall very good communication. A technical issue was not known until the very last moment, delaying closing date a week.It could have been averted if known ahead of time , as it should have. Other than that speedy service and good turn around time on questions.

LoanDepot staff was professional, patient, knowledgeable, allowed and answered all questions. If they werent sure theyd tell you they would check and always responded within 24 hours or less.
