This review is 2 Stars, which is really higher than I want to give but I increased the level because my Loan Consultant did everything he could to help. If this review were about his performance four to five stars for sure.In the back office, Loan Depot ignored my requirements for electronic payment to creditors and failed to return my urgent call **** during signing until 6 days later when I raised a problem with closing documents. The process was longer than expected, however the team work with us to have it completed within a reasonable time. They were also readily available to answer any questions. The managers especially were very helpful. It was an overall good experience.

Loan Depot was very easy to work with when we applied and closed on our purchase for our new home. The loan officer was always available to answer questions and assist us along the way. One purchase and one refi with LoanDepot in the last year. Funding was impressively fast! I had an awesome loan officer, he and his team were very knowledgable, and great communicators. Before sending me the closing disclosure, the lending officer has achieved all agreements with me related to loan amount, rate, closing costs, cash out amount and monthly payment as well but I found the finally cash out amount was different with our agreement (a little bit more than $500). after I got the draft of closing documents.
