The entire process was very quick.... the people I worked with were kind, respectful, helpful and good communication..... the end was confusing ....BUT....the total amount returned to me kept changing. Even after I signed.....

Everything went smoothly until we suppose to get a cash to borrower for an amount of $867.03 wich with didn't instead we got $11.81. Their excuse is that the documents didn't make on time, not our fault

Hands down the best loan agency ever. I had contacted and worked with two banks who were not very responsive though my credit score was 802. So now problem therel. ********* with LoanDepot was awesome and in contact daily! Got my loan processed in record time!
They did a great job of making my re-fi so easy. I had been putting it off even though I was at a high rate because of the usual hassle. I'm glad a friend recommended Loan Depot to me. I have recommended them to several of my friends. The loan officer kept in touch with me throughout the process. Any messages or emails sent by me were answered promptly. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

after I quit another mortgage company who had strung me along for 4 months , who lost my paper work 3 times . I finally switched to Loan Depot. what a change, everything went smoothly and rapidly. the rate was lower than the previous company and the finance cost was quite a bit lower than the previous lender . I was contacted frequently and updated on the progress of the loan . I would say they are the best and I have recommended them to others .

LoanDepot would of received 5 stars if it was not for the Senior Account Manager ***************************. She was rude and never answer her messages. When I was finally able to get ahold of her, she flat out said that she does not have time to answer my calls. This happen often. She was not clear when she spoke, she made several mistakes. From start to finish it was a very good experience although we did have one little bump. One of my loan supervisors quit the company in the middle of my loan. Not to fear, another supervisor picked up the ball and scored a touchdown. I would definitely do it again.
