Loan Depot was very easy to work with and responsive. I especially like their portal, it allows me to upload all the docs they need and keep the process moving. Would definitely recommend.

I felt that this lender was efficient and timely in all aspects of the loan process. They communicated very well. I particularly enjoyed the ability to do all the paperwork online. All the dates that they promised for completion of tasks were met. I highly recommend Loan DFepot. They will try to be as competitive as possible with other lenders.

Loan depot got us approved when. Other loan companies could not, we didn't have bad credit just challenging. The loan officer that assisted us made the process super understandable and easy seeing as our realtor was not much of a help. 100% when we buy our next home we will definitely choose loan depot.
