As someone who has gone through numerous residential loans, loanDepot is absolutely the WORST of the lenders I have dealt with. The *********** Manager assigned to me was utterly incompetent, ignorant and untruthful, blaming her team member for her own laziness, ignorance, and arrogance for failing to know her company's lending rules. Having used Loan Depot previously, I found the application to the new loan seamless.
