My wife and I were very pleased with your team. *********************** our account manager was outstanding in her professionalism and caring. She was very prompt and informative in answering all of our questions. Also, ***************************** was wonderful to work with as we began the refinance process. My experience with refinancing my home through Loan Depot was the best experience I have ever had with a mortgage company. The customer service was excellent and the refinance went through in a timely manner with no issues and no surprises. I highly recommend this company.

Process was good, but the rate was 1/4 higher than everyone else. I would recommend them for complex loans like a 203K, but not for a generic vanilla loan, due to the rate.
