All of the people at Loan Depot were super helpful. They expedited the process because they knew I needed the money in order to purchase another home. They were easily reachable and responded to my inquiries quickly. It was a very positive experience. Actually, it was the best experience I ever had getting a mortgage. It took nearly 6 months to close my loan with LoanDepot. Communication was inconsistent and our loan was handed over to different admins repeatedly which made the process long and difficult. Now 6 months after the loan has closed they have missed two property tax payments. I have emailed and called 7 times over a six week period to have the situation rectified- all to no avail.
