Every loan is different, the loan depot works with you to get the most cash out; best rate or shortest term loan possible. This is my third loan with them, the new automation and web based access makes your application process easy. As always the loan officers are awesome to work with.
We were very pleased with LoanDepot. The gentleman that started the refinancing processes with us was very knowledgeable & helpful. If we had any questions he returned our calls or emails promptly. It was then turned over to a loan ************* was just as helpful. Both were very professional good at getting back to us in a timely fashion. We were told how long it would take until we went to closing & they were pretty much spot on. The experience we had was a good one. We would highly recommend LoanDepot to anyone
