I talked to two people at this company, giving them all the relevant details about a refinance. Both said they would follow up with an email containing specific loan information (closing costs, interest rates). Neither one did. When I followed up with one of them, he ignored my emails and then he said that I had been reassigned to another loan officer. No one ever contacted me. Recently closed on a Refi/Cash Out loan with Loandepot. Per the Closing Disclosure that was signed and Notarized at closing, I was to receive $31,346.36 cash at close but when the loan was funded I received $29,579.42. The ************************************** is mysteriously "no longer with the company" and her Supervisor Aurora will NOT return numerous phone calls.
