Recently I refinanced my home from Loan Depot. I have very bad experience with refinance team - they are sweet talkers - sent more than 8 times Disclosures for signing - one day they sent 3 times - I don't get cooperation from their team - I sent emails and called them few times - they ignore me - they are negligent and careless. I'm very sad about their services.I don't want to recommend anyone for referral - I don't want to take their business in near future.

Our mortgage refinance went great. All of the people we dealt with were professional, courteous, and customer-oriented. There are some things about the online processes that need to be tweaked, but the team of people made those issues inconsequential.
