I asked for a equity refinance, I have had a loan with loan Depot. Never had a problem with my loan. I lowered my interest and paid everything else I had put into the ********* windows, 3 doors, new electrical circuit breaker panels. Now I only have a house payment. Will own the home in 8 years. Thanks to the Loan Depot people that helped me get this done.

Loan Depot was an excellent company to refi my existing loan.
