HORRIBLE --HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE DEPARTMENT..There seems to be only one person there..I asked to speak to supervisor THEY CANT DO IT???..GOD HELP ANY POOR SOT GETTING STUCK WITH THESE A--HOLES....

Horrible customer service, horrible ethics, horrible practice. Strong word of advice: DON'T mortgage or refinance with this company. They keep your escrow account, they are rude when handling your calls and they raise your mortgage payment to incredible amounts on a "projected estimate" that has nothing to do with your actually escrow payment. You will regret doing business with this criminal mortgage company. I am in the process of selling and buying a new house and when I buy, I am staying FAR AWAY from loancare.

Just as with all the reviews we are experiencing the same thing. I paid online with no problems- they took my access away. I called to make a partial payment- they refused. I called to make full payment they refused. I was dealing with cancer scare and oncologists and then dealing with worrying about losing my home? Late payments for taxes and homeowners insurance and charge us the fees... anyone interested in class action suit?

Horrible mortgage company. I prepaid my town taxes and received a receipt from the town, yet on my statement Loancare claimed that they paid from my Escrow.....Liars! Also telephone wait times are horrible AND this company has the worst telephone voice prompt on the planet! STAY AWAY!

This loan provider is horrible stay away. None of them know the laws. Will tell you anything and pass you to the next department. Negative 1 star. I just hate that i have to give you my hard earned money. Wish you never had the opportunity to by my old loan. Things went without a hitch there.

After reading all of these complaints - I'm relieved I'm not alone, but even more worried about dealing with them. You can never get through to a LIVING person, because by the time the recordings go through everything - telling you to hold for the next available person, the phone conveniently disconnects. I literally had to throw a tantrum in order to make a payment.... TO MAKE a payment!!!! Have been trying to reach them since mid December about our loan. Have left our home and cell.numbers. Have emailed also. When I finally get through to the customer service option I either have to leave our ph # for a call back, which never comes, or I am immediately disconnected. Next step certified letter.

LoanCare bought my mortgage. When they first bought my mortgage, I didn't receive any notice or statement showing my loan number. I didn't realize what was going on until I looked at my Bank of America online accounts and my mortgage account was gone. LoanCare sent a late fee notice, and that's how I got my account number. Recently, LoanCare attempted to pull my mortgage from my BoA checking out 2 times. I authorized the first draw, but not the second.
