I am active duty military and up until last month had a credit score of 814. Last month it dropped to 704 overnight. I have a mortgage owned by LoanCare Services. During the recent government shutdown my wife (active duty as well) and I were not being paid. As the date for our mortgage payment approached the company initiated a call with us. I just had an issue with my escrow account with LoanCare and I tried to try to restructure my loan. They started to add all my payments toward escrow and none toward my actually loan so which made get into foreclosure proceeding. They did not try to help me at all. LoanCare dont work with you. I sent all the required information to try to have my payments restructure. NO help there. Loan Care made me pay over 15k to keep my house. I will never use this company when I have a chance to refinance

This company is a fucking rip off. I paid extra money towards My escrow so my mortgage can be lower and when I called him to check the escrow analysis to get an update on my mortgage payment they stated that I have a shortage but I’ve never received a statement or anything let me know I have a shortage until I made the extra payment and called to get an update of my mortgage and this is not the first time. Worst mortgage company ever. I wish I never used LoanCare. I wish people would do their homework before going through this company.

If I could give less than a star I would do it. WORST company I've ever had to deal with. I contact them about my loan because I've lost my job. All I want is to make the interest payments for a few months until I get back on my feet. They tell me DON'T make a PAYMENT, they take two months to get back to me and now are sending threatening letters. I get automated CALL US phone calls all day while I'm at work. This is the worst loan company ever nothing but the run around and people dont know how to do their job. Long wait times and never any answers to what is asked other than transferred

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Long story short, my mortgage was sold to loancare, which has been a headache ever since. Horrible customer service and horrible business ethics. Very questionable business practices. I am looking to refinance just to get out of dealing with loancare. DO NOT USE for any mortgage services.

Long story short - worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. We had a home owners insurance claim that required checks written to both us and Loancare. Inspection was completed and signed off on g10/10. 2 additional checks we submitted after this date. Loancare said they would release funds once posted and to expect a 5-10 day turnaround.
