RUN AWAY! Refi or pay off your loan asap so you don't have to deal with this company and the people that work there. Make sure you document and monitor ALL payments to them. They will pretend like they didn't receive your money so they can collect fees and interest.

When I purchased my house with Quicken Loans in 9/2016, everything went smoothly and I have never had a problem with payments, access, service, everything has been perfect. Last week, I received a letter saying my loan will no longer be serviced my Quicken Loans, that the new servicer will be Loancare. I don't like it but obviously I don't have a choice. My loan recently transferred to this shit company. Its not allowing me to login and also reset password link not sent to my id even after 1 hour. Its a same experience to my neighbor too. I hate quicken loans for selling my loan to this worst company.

Worst loan servicing I have ever had. They don't apply payments correctly, and they impose late fees due to thier own inability to post payments correctly (payments that were sent on time.). I am going to refinance just to get away from this company.

GET A LAWYER ..file a complaint with government insurance and banking.. consumer finance.gov.. Good luck

If I could choose 0 stars I would. I have been dealing with an issue with my ON TIME, CORRECT payments posting incorrectly for going on 9 months now. I have spent countless hours on the phone attempting to correct the issue, provided statements that show my on time correct payments multiple times, written letters and emails, and dealt with reports on my credit that were false. Wish I could give less than 1 star. This company is a joke, with VERY questionable business practices. They pretend to believe your homeowners insurance has lapsed and force sell you a policy of THEIRS at INFLATED prices. Total money grab. Make sure you follow up with your insurance agent and they send LC proof of coverage. LoanCare will most likely try to come after you AGAIN, with some period of lapsed coverage, which you will have to go back to your provider AGAIN and have them send further proof. Good Luck. This is the most wretched mortgage company I have ever dealt with, and we've had our mortgages sold multiple times. They sent me a letter dated June 20th saying my insurance had been cancelled (it hadn't), and they were threatening to force place their ridiculously expensive insurance. The kicker: They didn't even mail the check yet to my insurance until June 21st! Absolutely the WORST company you could have your loan go through. I have been trying to make a payment for the past hour and a half and the app/website seems to be down. I can't seem to get ahold of any body on the phone. I really don't see how this company can stay a company with THIS MANY PEOPLE LEFT UNSATISFIED!
