This company has horrible communication . They drag their feet and are gone when you have a issue . Stay clear ! They are not upfront with Frees and offer no explanation.

Worst customer service I have had for a long time. Been trying to get them to correct the address on checks they send out. They changed the address on the account but not on the checks that are mailed! Phone calls go nowhere and they just say write us an email. I've been emailing them (5 times) for 2 months. Still no help. Ridiculous! Go somewhere else if you have a choice!

CROOKS....if the people whose loan was sold to this incompetent group...would have known what type of CIRCUS they where getting..,they would have run for the hills...this company is terrible..,,they will lose your payment..,harass you on the phone and then your check will somehow just appear on their account...,only after they charge you a late fee... if this is the only mortgage company you are offered DO NOT SIGN With THEM....

Es la peor empresa de hipotecas, cobran por todo, y no dan ningun buen servicio, registran tarde los pagos a proposito. Estaban tan feliz en Quicken Loans hasta q me transfirieron. Definifitavmente lo peor, si hubiera 0 estrelas esa seria su calificacion

I have been calling for the last two weeks and have had no response. In need of a refund for an incorrect payment and no luck. So far 30 mins on hold and still nothing.

This is horrible company and I just got transferred from Rocket Mortgage to this company. I still have no information to pay mortgage payment and trying to call them but no response. Online service doesn't work because of new transfer. It has been two months.

This company rates as the worst in customer care. I sold my property and it has been a struggle to get my escrow account release. They came up with every excuse in the book not to refund the escrow account. I wonder if there is a federal oversight.

Horrible company. Zero stars. Customer service is atrocious. Don’t expect to speak with a human when you call. Hours long wait times.

I refuse to do business with any mortgage lender that associates with Loan Care. This company is an absolute disgrace. I could write a book about the amount of times they jerked me around, but simply... Please do your homework & avoid this company at all costs. They have a way of making the most basic updates a complete nightmare that takes 3+ months and 65 call/emails/faxes to complete.
