Horrible, horrible, SHITTY to the max. The most incompetent, bumbling, lying group or company my wife and I have EVER dealt with. Poor, crappy, rude customer service is the highest compliment available. Different stories from every employee you speak with. They've not messed up my bill...yet...after reading over 200+ other horrible, nasty, incompetent, useless lender reviews, we have to concur. They really are that bad. Payments went up, they cannot explain. My loan was sold to them 4 months ago and having issues ever since. Terrible customer service, they are scamming people out of money and unethical practices. I have called them many to asked but they cant seem to explain. Run away from the company if you can! Read reviews online and none are good.

the worst mortgage broker i have ever dealt with. There accounting department are run by a bunch of idiots. The same problem keeps reoccurring telling us they haven't received our house payment putting us on bad credit reports and late fees. Every time i prove them wrong giving them bank statement after bank statement that they in-deed got our payment the problem still happens. Wasting my time calling, emailing, scanning proof. After our loan was sold to LoanCare it didn't take me long to realize how screwed up this company is. Now I have to spend the time and money to refinance just to keep my sanity. Horrible Company. I rate this company less than one star.
