Our loft conversion has been a success and given us lots of extra space. We really love the openness and extra light it's brought into the top of our house. The process was surprisingly non-intrusive for the first half of the build. There were a few additional costs which came as a surprise, so we did end up around 15% overspent. Very pleased with our recent work from LMB Group Ltd. We've had a loft conversion (1 bed, 1 walk in wardrobe and ensuite), first floor reconfiguration of a bathroom and a garage conversion (to the point of plastering). We are happy with the final outcome of the loft extension. Dean and Bob worked hard and fast every day, and their finished product is excellent. They were helpful and available to explain and advise during the whole process. We are also happy with both the roofers, who have done a fantastic job with the flat rubber roof and the slate roof. Extensive two-room loft conversion carried out by LMB Group Ltd. and very pleased with the results. Excellent Project Management from Ollie and some very good tradesmen employed: Ermin (roof), Tony (carpentry), Gyorgy (building), Danny (scaffolding), Damien (decorating), Joanna (office) and others. We drew up outline plans at the beginning of 2025 to construct a side dormer loft conversion to create an upstairs family bathroom and additional bedroom to provide additional space for growing family visits. We approached LMB to review our proposals and provide a quotation for consideration.
