Came here with my daughter to get her nails done for the first time waiting neally an hour just to sit down and then still had to wait for someone to come to do them in the mean time my little sister came in the shop just to get told she had to leave I understand if she was carrying on but she wasn't there was more than her what was in waiting for someone but no-one else got to told leave just her then he told me to leave my 9 year old daughter and come back for her like I was going to do

Been going here for 4 years and always have the best experience, they make time for you any time of day and my nails come out perfect every time. I choose a lot of nail art which always looks amazing. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Sat in the nail salon for 10 mins which is avg before being seen and then when I get seen she puts the tips on wonky aswell as dosent stick them Down properly. Then have to wait 30 mins before being seen by someone else. Just to add the salon is not busy and there is only 3 customers in with 6 staff. 3 working and 3 just standing around looking gormless. Idk what’s happened since my last visit but I’m shocked. Last time I will be going
