What an experience! If you appreciate the outdoors but also like a level of comfort then this is definitely for you. We had a lovely warm welcome from Mark who told us about the area and showed us to our magnificent treehouse. I don't want to say too much as it'll spoil the experience of walking in, but it is well worth it. Hot water and heating is by way of the log burner but all wood is provided so no worries there. Outstanding! Just come back from a two night stay here. This is a family who clearly believe in their business and offer something really quite special. If you're looking for all the comforts of a B and B type experience then keep looking, as this is not for you. We love camping and haven’t really done a ‘glamping’ experience before but loved the idea of sleeping in the trees. We weren’t disappointed and had a wonderful weekend away with our twin girls (8). We live in a city with a small garden and so it was lovely to see our daughters enjoying playing on the rope swing and in the hammock. This was booked as a birthday present 14mths earlier - it was definitely worth the wait!! It was quite possibly the best weekend ever. An outdoor shower admist a carpet of bluebells. A hot tub in the woods! Utterly perfect! I would go back tomorrow!
Lovely experience, highly recommend if you want to unplug and relax. Friendly and welcoming hosts. Games and maps with walks left in treehouse. Kids loved chopping wood for the fire. A really different experience, i would love to return.
