Don't ever trust the Dealer's Description. They just want you drive there and see the 2013 RX 350 not as Described. Scratches here and there, pay attention at interior front and back door (Driver Side) Especially, the Back door (Passenger Side) is something wrong. They ignored missing Equipment's. Pete, is the horrible manager guy over there. Don't waste your time

We just exchanged emails, they seem alright. They got back to me quickly with my inquiries.
Went to dealer walked around no one looked me in the eye asked me if i needed help . Eventually butted in on the sales manager who got a sales guy to talk with me. Test drove the car , fine . Left my details as i was in a rush , explained what i wanted and low and behold noo fruther contact
I wasn't able to drive to Livermore to check out this beautiful car due to a winter cold, but they answered all my questions and notified me when it sold so I did not have to make the long drive there
My experience with Steve and Abdul at Livermore Honda was simply wonderful. Steve was very prompt with his response. From the beginning with Steve, he was very kind, detailed and patient with all my questions. And very funny which made me feel more relaxed with the whole experience. There was no pressure for upselling and he listened and met all my needs. I would highly recommend this dealer and group to anyone. Of course I bought the car because it was exactly what I wanted and the process went seamlessly.
This was a new experience for me, I have always purchased my vehicles locally but this time I flew from eastern Washington to central California to purchase this car if it met my standards, which it did. Steve Locke was great from the time I sent my first email until I started my 920 mile drive home.
